I just bought the garmin 255 for my new census job as i need to know mileage and my speedometer is unreliable. The clerk assured me that it would show the mileage, I have just drive home from where I bought it in Jackson Wyoming to Daniel wyo and cant even find my address, ( 87 hy 354) or find how to figure the miles on it….please help.

I found that garmin product is of high quality albeit the price is also a bit high but it’s worth paying.

need help in upgrading maps. Nuvi 350 advising to update that data is over a year old. purchased a data card from Target, Map Update 2010 data card. When inserted, Nuvi recognized software but said it is older than my current software and if I download it wil cler user data. HELP

Excellent product. This has saved us much time. Though at first we had to learn to trust it. Once trust is established use it to the fullest and have fun with the Point of Interest.
